As most people know, I'm a big fan of Body Ink aka Tattoos. Even though I am yet to get my first piece done, it's a form that fascinates me with all the different styles, and parts of the human body that people get inked. I've been speaking with a Guy called Tattoo Karlo via IG for a while now, and I'm a fan of his work, and ink. He recently did a video called Life of the Ink, check it out, the lyrics are truth to how people see him on a day to day basis, having all of his ink.
It's been a quiet one this week, did a bit of music research, whoa, and I'm still doing it now. Starting some new projects, but not to worry I won't get side tracked or swayed from keeping my site updated lol. Firstly, Happy Birthday to Lelly D. Secondly, Another tiring weekend over and done with, and Thirdly apparently it's nearly 100 days til London becomes a Olympic paradise...or not!
This weekend saw me playing more at London Sky Bar for Shhh Parties, and joining us was Hugo Taylor & Spencer Matthews from the E4 television program, Made in Chelsea. Think I might actually start watching it, especially now that Professor Green is due to be appearing in it, shame they didn't film me..or maybe not. Also got to meet and work with the drummer for Tinie Tempah & Labrinth (forgot his name).

First bank holiday weekend of Spring 2012 is now officially over, back to the work we all go. Pinch punch and all that junk folks. Well the good weather has officially left us for now, and it's looking like the only warmth we'll be feeling in the UK is that of the central heating, and mugs of tea with your hot cross buns, or chocolate eggs...how do you eat yours lol. It's been good weather season in the UK so far this week, so everyone has been in good spirits, or so it would seem. Did a cover show on Rood.FM for Soulz so got to play some fresh bits to the massive, the hot track for me this week once again is DJ Hatcha's King Toes, not only was the chat room wanting the rewind, but it would seem some other DJ's are now on the pester to get their hands on it. Yesterday saw me back on Rood.FM covering for Soulz on the Sin City show, as he was off on travels. I started the show off with a vinyl only, back to 2002 selection which went down a treat, and also put in the usual freshness dubs from DJ Hatcha, Stinkahbell, Cato and many more. Pioneer are always bringing new technology to the DJ market, and this is their latest offering. The Pioneer Remix Station RMX 1000. Taking a totally new direction to effectors and samplers, the RMX-1000 is a three-in-one system comprising editing software, innovative performance hardware and VST and AU plug-ins. Have a watch of the video to see this new tool in action, I am sure I'll get a demo of this in WestEnd DJ once it's fully released to the worldwide market in May.
